Product Instructions
To Thaw: Remove from packaging and place on a tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

To Bake: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Place the seasoned fillets on a baking pan and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.

To Pan Sear: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it just starts to smoke, 3 to 5 minutes. Sear the seasoned fillets undisturbed for about 4 minutes until well browned on the bottom and the sides are cooked just past halfway up. Flip and continue searing for another 2 to 4 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
