Product Instructions
Thaw before you cook! Remove from packaging and place on a tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

Bake: 8-12 minutes. 375 degrees F. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place fish in an oiled baking dish and season to taste. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes when pierced with a fork. Cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145 degrees F.

Pan Fry: 4-9 minutes. Medium-high heat. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season fish to taste and pan fry for 4 to 9 minutes, turning once, or until fish is golden brown and crispy. Cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145 degrees F.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Perishable. Keep frozen at 0 degrees F or -18 degrees C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
