Product Instructions
To Thaw: Remove from packaging and place on a tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thaw before cooking.

To Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place thawed cod fillets on nonstick baking sheet. Lightly coat fish with olive oil and desired seasoning. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.

To Pan Sear: Preheat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Apply desired seasoning onto thawed cod fillet. Pan sear fish for approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
