Product Instructions
Thaw before you cook! Defrost portion inside the sealed pouch by placing in the refrigerator overnight or in cold water for 30 minutes. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

Bake: 10-15 minutes. 400 degrees F. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place portion, skin side down, on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake in center of the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145 degrees F.

Pan Fry: 4-6 minutes. High heat. Heat a cast iron or grilling pan until very hot. Brush fish with olive oil and season lightly. Grill on each side for approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145 degrees F.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Perishable. Do not refreeze after thawing.
