Product Instructions
Thaw before you cook! Remove from packaging and place on a tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

Bake: 8-11 minutes. 425 degrees F. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook for 8 to 11 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145 degrees F.

Pan Fry: 9-12 minutes. Medium heat. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pat thawed fillets dry with paper towel. Place in skillet. Cook 9 to 12 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with fork. Cook until flesh is opaque and flakes easily or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145 degrees F.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Perishable. Keep frozen at 0 degrees F or -18 degrees C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
